  • Flexible agent scripting controls how information is captured and the complete collection process. The solution is flexible and can work with your current applications.
  • Multi-number collections dialer. Easily create custom dialing plans involving multiple numbers for each record to be called at different times of the day.
  • Multiple Dialer Modes. Predictive dialing is one of several dialer modes used in the collection process.  The Amcat solution provides both predictive and non-predictive dialing modes. Often used with credit card collections, automated dialers can play a recorded message when an answering machine is detected.
